1. Scope of Agreement
These terms govern all B2B wholesale transactions, supply contracts, customs clearance services, and logistics distribution operations executed by IMEXE (imexe.co.uk) for bulk shipments of dry fruits and nuts imported from Afghanistan into the United Kingdom.
2. Pricing & Wholesale Inquiries
All quotes issued via the website or corporate email are subject to contract. Due to fluctuating global freight indices, crop yields, and customs tariffs, quotes remain valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise in writing.
3. Customs, Compliance & Phytosanitary Checks
IMEXE warrants that all imported food products undergo strict quality control, including DEFRA checks and phytosanitary certificate clearances, upon UK entry. Wholesale customers will receive full batch traceability sheets and compliance stamps with rolling deliveries.
4. Delivery & UK SLAs
Pallet-level and container distribution terms (FCL/LCL) are governed by written contracts. Delivery timelines are estimates, though IMEXE maintains a 98.2% on-time performance SLA across our mainland UK B2B transport partnerships.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any associated contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
